Middle Eastern food as you know it today, is the result of various influences from all over the world. Early traders and merchants who frequented these parts, brought their family recipes with them which influenced the evolution of the cuisine. You’ll find that our menu pays homage to this history by ensuring that all of the ingredients we use are pure and authentic. Apart from this, you’ll also find that our menu includes a healthy variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. And our non-vegetarian dishes are some of the region’s most well-loved. Here are top 3 personal favorites:
1.MANSAF: If you love lamb, then you need to try our Mansaf, which is basically a succulent and juicy lamb roast, neatly placed on yellow rice, served with warm yoghurt and topped with some mixed nuts. The roast lamb is marinated in a special blend of herbs and spices that allows the combination of flavours to really seep into the meat. This means that not only will you enjoy soft, succulent meat, you’ll also take in a wonderful aroma with every bite. The yoghurt and nuts not only adds to the taste, but also contributes towards good health which is an important offering for any Lebanese restaurant in Dubai.
2.KAFTA TRAY: Lamb features yet again in our Kafta Tray, which is a full plate of seasoned ground lamb served with either tomato or lemon tahini sauce, depending on what you want. It can be eaten with some pita or even our Zaatar which goes quite nicely with the tangy, rich flavours. 3.CHICKEN PESTO: Our chicken pesto brings you a little bit of the Mediterranean on a plate with juicy black olives, beautifully grilled chicken, goat cheese and a sprinkling of mozzarella. You can enjoy this dish with pasta or bread. As a Lebanese restaurant in Dubai that takes delight in fusion, our inspirations hail from the region as a whole and that includes the Mediterranean.
